​West Johnston High School Dance

Cheri Crabtree is a certified dance educator through Dance Masters of America and an active member of Carolina Dance Masters since 2004.  She is also an active member of the National Dance Education Organization where she continues to develop in her field annually.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance with 16 years of professional experience including dance studio business ownership, dance and theatre performance, teaching ages 2-adult, master class workshops, competition adjudication, choreography, team coaching, and direction in dance programs, musical theatre productions and benefit programs in multiple counties.

As an educator, Mrs. Crabtree strives to develop dance students intellectually and artistically as expressive self motivators to appreciate, advocate for, and succeed in dance and fine arts whether as a career choice or recreational benefit.  Cheri has lead dancers to national winning ranks, guided dancers to successful careers, and strives to instill a sense of accountability, responsibility, discipline, passion, and artistic ability through the art of dance in all of her students.
